Controlling is the essential function of management, which states to have an encouraging control over things so that we can manage the things accordingly and can avail the maximum benefits and advantages from those activities and many other things—thinking further, the control that takes over many things to monitor them and for the proper functioning and maintenance. For the staff of inventory when used controlling act as the function which helps in the measuring the progress of the staff inventory revenue and if there is any deviation the controlling helps in keeping up with those deviations by taking up some character of measures by the management of the staff of the organization to keep up with the staff inventory revenue standards. Staff inventory donations/staff inventory revenues get measured with the help of controlling function, and if there are no deviations, the staff inventory revenue gets into the comparison with other things. If they are deviations found, the corrective measures get taken so that the reservation can get covered quickly. The organization can easily keep up with the latest and current trends.
