what is a grant and what does grant seeker want to see in an application?

Here' the definition of Grants ( What is Grant ? )
Non-repayable funds / products which are given by one party. These are often a government institutions, or private organizations, trust, to a recipient an NGO (nonprofit entity), a business or an individual. To receive a grant, proposal or an application ( also called Grant Writing in formal terms ) is required to be submitted to the Grant Seeker
A grant seeker may potentially want to see the following in an application (What’s the problem you’re trying to solve?):
1. What’s the problem you’re trying to solve?
2. Initiatives important to organization of the person who is applying for the grant. The grant seeker may have ideas to make the projects stronger. Or they may know of other funders who are working in this space.
3. They may also want to know what activities happening in the application' area - nonprofits, schools, colleges, and government agencies.
4. Personal records of the applicant
5. Audit findings of the applicant
