In humanistic point of view Carl Rogers assumed that human tendency in positive and constructive way.He believed that human nature intemately good .yes, I am agree in Rogers position.

All child born are innnately good . If he gets condusive social and family enviornment then easily can explore of his inner Qualities .
Every person have some instinict or inherent ability .Client centered therapy is used to make aware about his own ability and strength of a person for going in right therefore , He used the term concept of self.
Another example is every person have innate ability to achieve his goals , desire in liife which is known as self-actualization, if they get good enough enviornment with genuinely.

On research of Carl Rogers , explored that human have basic motive and inherent potential, capablities to achieve highest level of aspiration and beingness as well as ideally good human being . He just needs optimum and good enviornment to shape his inner Qualities.
self actualization is destination.self actualization created to growth of fullfilling highest needs for meaningful life.Maslow show psychological heirchy needs where self actualization is positioned at higest and top level.self actualization is destination where everyone can't not reached .such phenomenal personalities like Mahtma Gandhi, Nelsen Mandela is regarded as self actualization person . Because they have reached their destination.Roger also viewed as destination and stated every person have ability to reach this destination (self-actualization) if they are determined, dedicated and get ideal Environment.
