Due to development in the sustainable growth in Tianjin it makes a huge demand of establishing eco cities in the country.

Political ,social ,socio cultural and the environmental development done throughly in these eco cities .

The pitfalls of these cities developed are

The green facilities provided could not seen effective in minimising the environmental problems i.e problems of air pollution and the related problems associated with it.

The street plan in Tianjin focused on the vechilcles use which causes lots of pollution and it is not based on non vehicular use of traffic in these eco systems.

Local governments are not concerned with the eco city programs directly.

The idea of business I the city is Also a pitfall

The plan first allow the sustainable approach by implementing the existing literature forms and after it is after it is adopting project planning for urbanisation and for resources management.

On adoption of urbanisation and avoiding of sustainable approach it leads the question of idealism which was established for the role of ecocity development and it was also one of the pitfalls.

So the development approach by not considering the environmental issues like air pollution- and other forms of pollution by the colonisation of these cities .

Industrial growth and business opportunity also leads to the growth of the pollution factors to be arise in these eco cities and make eco city plans distroyed by established factories which creates pollution in many forms in ten city.

Industrial development also leads to the population growth and also it leads to the socio and economic growth and conflicts.

So the pitfalls are arised in these eco cities and it leads to non substaiable growth issues and it was a demirt for these eco cities which leads to the failure of these plans .
