Personas are represnetations and statements from research based models which helps the producers to find who are the buyers, what they prefers to buy, what exactly they are looking for, what motives them to do so or buy, identifying their thoughts, what they wish and why they wish to buy, what and when they prefers to buy. In this process, a customer is fully scanned by the producers and based on the movements of the customers, the seller or producers will have a plan of action to acquire the customer.

the benefits of customer archetype:

  • clear understand of the customer needs and expectations
  • identifying the customized needs and goals and the producer can prepare to offer
  • helps the producer to find the target audiance specifically
  • easy to inform them about the products or services
  • build and increase empathy to understand customers and provide what they expecting
