1. A customer audit is a detailed review of how your company is perceived by the customers.
2. It refers to review of each customer's needs, and an evaluation of the role being played by the organization in each of the customer's businesses.
3. It is how well the company has identified the touch key points.! Role being played by each of the external factor such as how complaints are handles, how smooth and fast compensation is processed, how cultural trends are monitored,
4. It is how well the company execute on the identified touch points and to calculate the contribution of each touch point in the overall customer experience and relevant KPIs
