2. How may a buyer repudiate a signed contract for goods? A baseball manager starts to doubt the reliability of a T Shirt company to deliver quality uniforms for his little league Tigers. What legal steps must the manager follow to scratch the contract? 3. Compare the rights and duties of a buyer to inspect goods ordered with the rights/duties of a seller to cure. Give an example.
2-If the buyer rightfully ascertain that the goods is not upto the standard he has desired and seller will not able to deliver the goods at stated quality and stated date,a contract can be repudiate by the buyers. In this case buyer should have evidence on reason for taking the decision. The manager must conduct a quality check of the product and in this case ask for T-shirt to check the quality of it. When the manager will have evidence and proof that the ordered t-shirt is not upto the quality , manager can repudiate the contract.
3-The buyer has the right to inspect the goods he has ordered to know the quality of the good. When a buyer desire to do so a seller can not refuse to allow the inspection. If the inspection of the good will bring harm to the seller and the position of the seller will be in dange. In this situation the seller can refuse to allow the inspection. But in most of the contract law more teeth and power is given to buyer to inspect the ordered goods.
