As a president of the company I will follow below steps in order to encourage the manager for employement equity .

The law requires that the firm should have strategies which are good for communicating the employment equity to all the kind of staffs in the business .I can encourage all the managers by proper consultation and comunication about the employement equity about what the act is saying and what actually it means and how it can be applied by the company and also what is the meaning of it for each person in the business .Also the information about the equity plan should be made easily available for all the staff in the organization.All the staffs should have the chance of aksing question and clarify thier doubts to eliminate the possibility of any misunderstanding

2. how they can attain the information of employement equity
3. what is the duration and objective of employement equity
4. what is the procedure of dispute resolution
5. what are the responsibilities and roles of manager who will ensure thier successful implementation
