The type of quality care that a child is put into can play a big role in how an infant develops; while there are both negative and positive outcomes from having your child in non-parental care it is extremely important to find a daycare where the caregivers will support your infant’s growth and development. A caregiver needs to be warm and nurturing and be knowledgeable about child development and have the understanding that each child learns and grows at their own pace. I have been fortunate to have been home with my 3 children for the past 12 years, even though I would be a nervous wreck putting them into child care at any point in their lives the aspects I would look for would be: a safe clean environment, large enough space for play time and rest, how the center approaches learning, make sure the staff meets minimum education requirements and that they receive the training to provide a creative, developmentally appropriate, and educationally sound environment for my child (Childcare Education Institute).

Since nobody in the world can be more sincere, genuine, loving and care to the kids than the parents themselves, my personal take on this view is; that parents should give full attention to their children instead of sending them to the daycare center.
A baby will be more confident if it grows with its parents around. There is a possibility of sexual harassment as well of the child when it is being raised in a daycare. The child will socialize more with the mother and father than anybody else.
Personal hygiene will be taken care off in a better way if the child is at home. Further, a child who grows in his familiar surroundings i.e. the home will be more confident. Thus if; the household can afford it is always better to raise kids in the company of their parent, the best well-wishers they can have.
However it the family cannot afford due to economic constraints to depend upon only single income, we can send our children to a daycare center which has a safe clean environment, large enough space for play time and rest, educated and experienced way of approaching learning, having a staff that meets the minimum educational requirements and training to provide a creative, developmentally appropriate, and educationally sound environment for the kids. The staff must be acquainted with the Piaget proposed four stages of cognitive development for ensuring proper cognitive development[h1] of the child by various methods, such as by having age-specific toys.
