Training program will be conducted in different level. The first level will include all employees from all department. Work ethics followed by the organisation is the prime point which will be highlighted and to be followed in common by all. Following this the basic responsibility of each group of employees will be highlighted so that every employee knows their own role and glimpse of basic role to be played by others. Following this every week members of one group will be selected on a standalone basis and training regarding improvement in both quality and quantity of work will be explained. A healthy interactive training session were common errors happened in the past and ways to avoid them will be explained in detail. Following this, a reward system showcasing “best talent of the month” would be introduced. These would encourage employees to plunge into their work following all guidelines properly to their best.
