Toys are not only used to play when the kids are alone but that will help children to play in a group. There are lots of games in door and out door which helps children to play as a tell which will help them to be more socialize.

Outdoor games like Football, base ball, etc in which children make teams and play together will groom the children skills better and they can learn how to be socialize in the real world. Indoor games like video games, cards which they can play with their friends will help them to learn more about others.

Whenever, a kid got a new toy will show that to his/her friends and they together can play with them which results in socializing of the kid. Here you (as a parent) can see whether your kid is not showing or using the toys inappropriately. So that you can keep an close eye on up bring of your kid.

This also helps that to decide the career or interest in early age of a kid. Example: if your kid like making drawings than he/she can be a good painter or if he/she like playing base ball more than he/she can make career in the same.

We have lots of examples in real world kids who follow their interest and they became successful personality now.
