Can someone explain how the heated concrete snow melting system works? mainly I need the formula used to express how the heat of the concrete melts the snow. Thank you

Heated concrete snow melting system works on the principle that

Below the concrete ,a grid of tubes is present that is placed in the middle . These tubes exist at a higher temperature and passes on its heat to the concrete . This heat is responsible for the melting of snow / ice . An insulation is used below it so that the heat of the tubes is not wasted and is completely concentrated on the concrete . The concrete is heated slowly otherwise it would crack . Hot liquid passes through the tubes . And valves are also present to check the flow rates.
