In corporate world and in any project work teamwork is much more important than any strategic or operational planning. A team executes the plan in the way required by the plan. The best way to accomplish any work plan is to get the team goes through a right way together. I was part of the furnace relining project team in my last service period. The team consists of around 50 managerial level members and 300 operational and supervisory level members. The work plan was time restricted and the project needed to be completed by a certain date without fail. We as a team member planned every piece of work with work breakdown structure with the leaders 3 months before and was constantly reviewing the plan for materials and contract finalization. The purchase team was very enthusiastic and they made available each product before the time for the work. The project was about 1 moth's job and each member has to be well aware of their duties which they need to perform. The team having may senior-level employees and managers and I was as a new employee to the organization was following each and every activity requirement. It was a great learning experience where one can learn the proper planning and execution how to make things simple and bigger project can be done in a simple way. Every team member was co-operative and helping each other for the relining work. In furnace relining the most important work is to clean the metals inside the furnace in order to change the refractory bricks and it is the most time taking the job for the project. The operation team was handling the above job but I experienced even the general manager level leaders were standing behind every team to ensure the work is getting done in a proper way. The team had to work for 12 hours a day for the project but we never felt any tiredness as the team was loving the work they were doing and enjoying the way of approach. There was a good coordination between maintenance and operation to get the things done parallel manner without any hindrance.

The project team was performing their duties separately time to time but the planning was so robust I never experienced any disturbance related to work. The team was different in the maturity level and experience level for other teams in my college level where I worked for different events. In the teamwork, the most important thing is the co-ordination which I felt in working with the professional team. Even the managers were playing a role of purchase team in order to get the things done as quickly as possible and getting the materials delivered on time. This shows the dedication level to the work. By far this is my greatest experience in a professional level teamwork.
