The motivation theory of Maslow lays emphasis on various needs such as the physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and then the self-actualization needs. These needs go from basic to the more complex ones. This ia the most effective theory because it covers the human's basic needs as well as those needs which arise when ones basic needs are fulfilled in the due corse. For ex- Each and every person first tries to fulfill his/her basic needs i.e. food, water, shelter etc. Once these needs gets covered he/she moves up in the chain to further fulfilling the further needs such as safety for the family as well as for own. Recognition in the society to which he/she belongs. This theory completely depicts the life cycle of a person in terms of the needs they possess at different levels of their life cycle.
