Introduction- Globalization is a kind of phenomena which connects the world by different means and different purposes. The word “Globalization” derived from Globe or earth. Past few decades this word spread rapidly and internet and mobility headed the globalization.

Pros of globalization- Globalization connected economies, cultures, languages and humanity. The world became a small place and people can reach anywhere in the whole world within few hours, technology transfer, creativity, different ideas help the societies to grow and develop in full scale. People can work anywhere in the world and developing new cultures and approaches.

Cons of globalization- Globalization, connected the world easily so that migration increased which changed the social structure of local communities, big companies made pressure on local business and the wealth of nation pointed on few places, rich getting richer and poor getting poorer, globalization changed the indigenous tradition and rituals, the transfer of capital changed the structure of world economy etc.

Conclusion- So we can say that the process of globalization worked on both side, it increase the option of work, use of technologies and communication increased the cybercrime and rumours, finally we can say that globalization effected both side of the present scenario of the living world.
