Lewis dot formula: From this model we can say whether the atom satisfy the Lewis octect rule or not. That means form Lewis dot structure we may know whether there are eight electrons(total shared and unshared) around the atom or not.
VSEPR: From this model the new fact which had discoved is reason to deviation from expected bond angles. For example there are four electron pairs around the oxygen in water molecule, two are bond pairs and two are lone pairs then we expect geometry is tetrahedral and bond angle should be 109 28' but the original bond angle is around 105. This was explain by the repulsions between bond pair and bond pair is less than the repulsion between bondpair and lone pair which in turn less than repulsion between lone pair and lone pair.
Valence bond theory: This model explained geometries of molecules based on a new concept of hybridization. Based on the hybridization we can say the electron pair geometry of molecule and approximate bond angles.
