Answer:- If we look closely, it is quite evident that majority of manpower is powerless or they do not have the right traits of using the power given to them. The people give the power to take power in return. A true leader is one who not only motivates the followers but also facilitates them with additional power and provides the freedom of decision making and taking additional responsibility. The leaders must provide motivation and confidence to the followers despite knowing that the followers do not have any control over the final results. A person is seen more powerful when he or she delegates his or her authority or power to others. It provides him or her opportunity to see how this power is being used by others and it will also be used to fix the accountability to others. Providing the power to others is very rare and special event in the business world but if a leader does so, he emerges as a rue power as providing something to other which can significantly impact the influence of a person takes a lot of courage.

Answer:- The following methods can be used by the leaders to give other people more control of their work:-

Allowing the employees to select the field in which they want to work or operate. This will help the employees to generate the capabilities, skills and strengths in the desired area.

The greater autonomy in the manner the employee performs the job was the other method. Greater autonomy will provide the individual with enough space to utilize the skills and strengths for the accomplishment of the jobs.

Greater flexibility will ensure the timely completion and greater motivation of the employees. The leaders can provide the flexibility in selecting the schedule and environment in which an employee wants to perform the job.

Providing the chances of raising the voice or suggestions will also help the employees to have greater control over the jobs.

Answer:- By having greater one to one relationship, sharing the thoughts and opinions with the employees and motivating the manpower to raise their voice or provide suggestions are some of the methods which can be used by the leaders to have greater interaction.
