Address one of the following questions in the discussion. Choice One: In developing a report on the effectiveness of a staffing process for entry-level jobs, what factors would you address and why? Choice two: What are the advantages of having a centralized staffing function, as opposed to letting each manager be totally responsible for all staffing activities in his or her unit?
A Thumbs Up! Would be really helpful for me. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
A centralized staffing function is having various advantages that help the organization to achieve its objectives and tried to gain a competitive advantage from the competitors in the market. Central staffing function maintains the consistency of the employees as well as the managers which results in positive outcomes for the organization as there are people in the organization who are consistent towards their work and prioritize organizational objectives over any other thing. Moreover, it helps the employee to work in continuity which makes the working environment peaceful so that employees can work with full dedication and motivation and try to achieve the objectives. In this, you have to follow the commands of your leader as decision-making power is in the hands of your letter and when not allowed to do two things which are not told by him. this type of walking helps the organization to grow faster and to remain on their goals and try to achieve as soon as possible with efficiency. All the staffing activities will be the responsibility of the manager as he will lead the command in the organization.
