option c

effective and lasting weight loss requires life style change that includes health eating and regular excercise.

body wight mainly by lean body mass and fat mass. lean body mass includes bone mass.

fat mass is we have to reduce, because these fat will accumulate in various parts of our body like mainly abdomen , which leads to abdominal obesity and increase in waist hip ratio. this is bad for health , as it distotes bodys shape, normal weight transmition mechanism of body , this will affcect heart function badly , and occur various morbidity like diabets , bp , lung diseses, fatty liver ...

the weight reduction means reducing the fat content in these body parts and increase muscle strength. this can be achieved by burning of fat , by doing active excercise with seating . because if we do active excercise such as cycling , play like badminton, football , brisk walking .. during these tyme our body needs more energy , this energy initaly obtained from sugar molecules, but once its level decreases , body utilizes fat and other aminoacids for production of energy. so if we maintain continious fixed excercise along with intake of good protien rich diets with avoiding fat and oily foods will prevent the accumulation of excess fat in the body . at the same time our muscular system will improoves its strength.

simply avoiding melas fro weight reduction is not good option , becuse it leads to various other disease like gastric problem , ketone body production amd acidosis, hypoglycemia....

we should follow strict dietary pattern also, by avoiding high calorie diets , carbonated drinks , fatty , oily , bakkey products..

avoiding breakfast also not good option. because to perform whole day function , we need morning energy

try to take food in frequentb interval instead of taking whole food at a time, it leads to indigestion also.

take plenty of water in between meals, but avoid water during meals. after taking meals dont go to bed. go for mild walk, or sit. and in the dinner avoid heavy food items, take food atleast 1 hour before going to bed.

HIGH PROTEIN/LOW CARBOHYDRATE DIET. One of the current diets that seems to produce substantial weight loss in some persons is the high protein/low carbohydrate diet advocated by such authors as Atkins in his book, Diet Revolution, and Eades and Eades in their book, Protein Power. Although many nutritionists are concerned about the side effects of these diets, others feel the potential risks are outweighed (no pun intended) by the weight loss. The following table gives the grams of fat, carbohydrates,...
