These machines, however, are made with many products that during production and on disposal have an impact on the environment. Since the disposal of computers can be hazardous to our environment, some have suggested that when buying a computer system to buy one that will last as long as possible.

3. How important is it to you to buy a computer that is environmentally friendly? Would you spend more for such a computer with comparable features than you would for a system that is not as environmentally friendly? Would you pay a disposal fee to cover the cost of disposing of your equipment? Support your answer with at least 5 sentences.

4. Assuming you are replacing an existing computer, what are the available options for disposing of your current system in an environmentally safe way? What non-environmental risks are involved in disposing of a current system? Support your answer with at least 5 sentences.

Technology has been proven to be one of the most important and influential things in the modern society. It has been a major part of development in various areas. From agriculture to increasing communication level and on the negative side for impacting the resources, technology has been one of the most important parts of the modern day society. It has affected the society in both positive and negative ways.

Computers are an inseparable part of the society at the current condition. Computers are everywhere and they are one of the most important part for increasing efficiency of the organisations. Creating accurate work and reducing the number of errors is also one of the most important uses of computers at current state. Artificial intelligence is the great feature which are unnecessary now but highly required in the future. Artificial intelligence is taking over each and every computer segment which would be the technology of wisdom in upcoming future.

Definitely buying a computer that is environment friendly is one of the most important parts of making a buying decision. I would definitely not pay more for an environment friendly computer if the difference is very high as it would reduce my overall savings. I would also not be willing for paying the disposal fee of the equipment as I am a student and running low on budget. Disposals should be done by the government as a part of an environment friendly programme regarding reducing the digital waste.

If I had to dispose the computer I would be assembled and sell the specific parts on eBay or at any thrift shop. It would have made a correct use of the system to the needful people rather than throwing it into the dustbin. If I had to discard the computer or destroy it then I would have go for recycling as computer parts have great opportunities for being recycled.
