Step by Step process to make steel tube products are explained below:
Step 1: a) Analyzing raw materials (scrap) and removing harmful ingredients
b) Melting the raw materials at 1600 degree centigrades in an electric arc furnace
Step 2: Pre rolling
Step 3: Transfer the blooming mill billets to a heating furnace
Step 4: Cut the bars into desired sizes
Step 5: Heat the extruded billet to 1200 degrees
Step 6: Lubricate internally and Externally with a glass powder
Step 7:Insert mandrel to the billet
Step 8: Carryout cold working process
Step 9: Straighten the the tubes and pickled in acid to remove metal oxides and glasse
Step 10: Carryout visual inspection
Step 11: Carryout annealing process
Step 12: Carryout straightening,polishing and cleaning of tubes
Step 13: Carryout ultrasonic and eddy current test to find the defects
Step 14: Carryout destructive testings
