Question: What should Karl and his family do to lessen the shock of returning to their home culture?

Solutions

Expert Solution

After living at a particular place for a long time like three years, we get connected to that place mentally and physically. This happens with almost everyone as thus also happened with Karl and his family. When we leave that place, a huge change of culture affects us a lot.

Now, they are returning back to them home country and home culture, then they should feel happy for coming back to their home country. Now, they know that they have to go back to them home country i.e. Germany, then they should buy some unique and special items that are famous in Brazil. This will make them feel that they are taking the culture of Brazil with them. They should take contact information of the people with whom they have spended some beautiful moments of their lives. They should bring back with them those things that will make them happy and keep the memories of Brazil with them. Karl and his family should also keep in mind that the rich culture of Brazil will be with them for their whole lives in them mind and heart.
