Texas Health Harris Methodist Cleburne has established itself into a learning organization by having a closely monitored learning and development process by establishing state wide available materials and providing appropriate training to the staff and keeping them updated and fresh for any situation. It had also established a data driven approach towards performance evaluation, where through data analysis, they find out the quality improvement activities they should undertake in the organization. Thus we can say that they are learning about their flaws statistically and continuously improving upon it. In addition to continual learning, they give a keen importance to reinforce these learning and hence, improving the efficiency of learning and development activities. One of the key feature that has created learning as a core feature for this organization is that the literature available to the employees are authentic and evidence based, thus providing a very accurate information to the staffs. Last but not the least, regular reminder of the competency development helps the organization in the learning aspect greatly.
