Scenario
The client is the manager of a local retail chain that sells
running shoes and apparel. There are seven stores in the region,
and each store has about 25 employees. The client is concerned that
sales are consistently declining due in part to new competitors of
erring better prices. He feels that if employees were more engaged,
they might be nicer to customers, better at promoting sales, and
distinguish his store from the competitors by of ering a superior
customer experience.

Question 02: As the Regional Manager leading a team of 200 employees , You think of changing the location of your office to save on rent of the company, illustrate the steps you would take to implement the change following lewins model of change.
Lewins, with his model, clears about the changing scenario of the business. In this case, as a regional manager, I need to analyze the situation :
1 Unfreezing: This stage tells about to get unsettling from that area and that comfortable environment mentally. I need to motivate 200 employees not to demoralize in this stage, but I look forward to the new things and opportunities coming it the way. Grasping and accepting the change can help in settling down quickly. Here detaching ourselves with the location should be focused on.
2 Change: The last change here is to analyze the actual change occurring and welcome them. Here the change of location may lead to many other changes like customer behavior, organization, adjustments, etc. We should tackle all the changes in a positive way. Employment should know the new tactics to convince people to buy their shoes and apparel.
3 Freezing: Adapting new habits should be the new motto. Freezing can only be possible when the employees get habitual and accept the new place mentally and create a thinking to work at best. It will help in organizational growth and will develop a suitable environment for business.
