Solution (1) - Copyright image is that type of photographs, illustrations and other images which are generally protected by copyright as artistic works by their owners or anyone who bought that prticular image or at present owns it. It also means that if you are willing to use it you need permission of the copyright owner(s) before performing certain acts, such as copying the image or sharing it on the internet or like uing it in graphic designing.
Solution (2) - One should not use copyright images when designing or anyother work because there is risk. The risk is that you might have to pay to settle a claim or defend a claim in court. The risk is time and money. Because the person putting his energy and time in making something either does not wants to share or wants something instead of you using it. So,you should consider a stock image license so you can use images legally.
Solution (3) - It is not ok to modify any copyright work to make your own because only the owner or the creator has the right to prepare or authorize someone else to create new version of it. Accordingly you can not claim anyone else's image yours no matter how much you change it.
Solution (4) - It is very important for a company to put watermarks they feel that a watermark will allow viewers to more easily find and quickly identify their photos and brand as images get shared around the Web. This can be highly beneficial for marketing purposes. If someone steals your image then you can easily file a lawsuit against the person or the company.
Solution (6) - Legal ramifications can result in penalties of actual amount or the damage happend to the owner or creator. The court can order/issue an injuction to stop the infiring acts or maybe he can go to jail.
Solution (7) - Actually there are many ways in which the creator can be hurt, if someone made something that is to be sold and someone copies and distributes it for free then the creator could face loss that he/she used to build that particular thing. Sometimes some images are attached emotinally to the product but someone takes it and make fun of it in any way then it may discourage creator to create new things.
Solution (8) - The term “public domain” refers to creative materials that are not protected by intellectual property laws such as copyright, trademark, or patent laws. The public owns these works, not an individual author or artist. Anyone can use a public domain work without obtaining permission, but no one can ever own it.Wikipedia maintains a page of online resources for finding public domain images and other content online. While not all of the sites include exclusively public domain images, this list is a good place to start looking for content, particularly if you are looking for more specialized items.
