There are many things one can learn when they are working in the field of marketing. Marketing is one of those fields where the soft skills and creativity of the individual matter more than the technical skills. This is also the reason because when you are in the field of marketing or working for any company which is marketing the other company’s product or advertising it on behalf of that then it is very important that the people those who are accomplishing those task are creative and amiable people. In marketing the focus is on creating a positive image for the company or creating a positive demand for the company and for that you need people who are able to understand the needs of the other people in the society. The major motive is to increase sales through marketing so that revenue increases but if the company is able to create a quality product at decent price and sales and marketing people are able to create a positive image for the product then you would not be required use different tactics like channel stuffing to increase the sales. People will be attracted towards the product of the company. As an individual who is very much gregarious by nature it would be easier to understand the customer need and the product and finding a balance where the product can be designed to meet large set of consumer needs.
