Dear Ellie,

I have been studying about the interpersonal and intrapersonal problems that can affect the work environment. I am specifically interested in learning more about the interpersonal problems. I have also discussed this topic with my friends and also with the employees of different companies. Most of them told me about the competition at the workplace that can lead to interpersonal conflict between the employees. So I just wanted to ask you to what extent the competition can lead to an interpersonal conflict and how this can be solved in an efficient manner by a company. Is there any theory that can explain this kind behavior of people at the workplace?

It would be very helpful if you could share your knowledge and make me understand the importance of the competition in interpersonal problems. I thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Warm Regards,

ABC
