For this discussion, think about the setting for your proposed project. Take some time to think about what it takes to be a valuable team member. What are some key characteristics of a high-performing team? How do team members incorporate input and feedback from one another into project deliverables, such as documents, presentations, and so forth? In any project, issues are inevitable. In your proposed project, what kind of team dynamics issues might you face? Describe how you would address those issues and mitigate inherent risks.
