The social media channels are the best and affordable channels of marketing now. The reach of these channels is also huge and all the small businesses can make use of it to segment and reach their target customers. Let us take the example of a business that sells customized t-shirts and their target customers are the college students, young professionals, and the event management companies. This company can make use of Facebook and Instagram to a great extent to generate business. Twitter can also be used but it will not be as effective as the other two mentioned earlier.

The company can create marketing campaigns specifically for Facebook an Instagram with creative content. These two platforms are used by the young people and they get attracted towards creativity. So the company needs to create engaging content along with some excellent graphics to go with it. The company can place Ads on their platform by segmenting the customer base. They can target the groups on Facebook that can provide a good number of target customers at one place. This will improve the efficiency of the reach of the marketing campaign created. If they are getting a good response then they can increase the budget and create a number of campaigns and increase the number of impressions. The conversion rate will improve and the company will have more customers ordering for the t-shirts on their website.

This campaign can be placed on Facebook in the college groups, company groups, and also target the event management companies on the platform. The company can do remarketing by concentrating on the prospects who are looking for customized t-shirts searching on google. The Ad will be shown to that person on both Facebook and Instagram. This will increase the exposure and also the conversion rate.
