The reach of these channels is also huge and all the small businesses can make use of it to segment and reach their target customers. Let us take the example of a business that sells customized t-shirts and their target customers are the college students, young professionals, and the event management companies. This company can make use of Facebook and Instagram to a great extent to generate business. Twitter can also be used but it will not be as effective as the other two mentioned earlier.
