Expert Solution

Female leadership is an underrated personality concept, whereas male leadership is always welcomed, is considered to be responsible and trustworthy. Although female leaders are mostly matured, logical, and sensible. This is true if there will be females as leaders there will be no wars, but to see them on senior leadership or in the high position always gives insecurity to the male's dominant world. Some decisions need a practical solution as well as an emphatic decision, and female leadership is mostly transformational leadership. There is a myth that female is soft-hearted and are weak in taking any practical decision but now the scenario has been changed, females are grasping and making their own space by their hard work, they should be treated equally, their decisions should be respected. Their more participation can show another side of the case or may change the whole perception. Male is considered to be more focused and efficient whereas female responsibility is divided into two one for her family and other of her career, which makes her lack in the race of representing as a good leader, but this is not at all true.

The female leaders are pressurized by the society of not being efficient for this work. There are security issues in case of emergency or any kind of revolt. But the hard work cannot be stopped by the barriers. There are a number of examples who have contributed and proved themselves to be a good female leader- Angela Merkel, the chancellor of Germany,  Late. Indira Gandhi of India who took some strong decision in favor of India's development. Even a time came when Indira Gandhi was left alone and was insulted but still, she recovered her personality and returned in politics with more power, confidence, and strong experience. The reason was people were not mentally ready to accept a lady to be a leader and follow her.

Now when there is so much stress, burden, and competition in the market and in the organization we need balance or a catalyst to boost the workplace environment which is a lady or a female leader. She manages her house with her superior quality similarly she uses her mind and heart to give better and more efficient decisions for the betterment of individuals as well as firm. The females are strong and self-aware, self-confident, and self-assured. Patience is their real jewel which makes them more powerful than any male. More diversity is the necessity in the organization. The firm rich in organization diversity make it succeed, gives a competitive advantage. A firm must initiate female leaders and employees to participate and create culture of strong gender equality. The female leaders should be given credit for their efforts, this gives them motivation and a sense of belongingness. Respecting females always make an initiative, motivates other female leaders to move forward and contribute.
