pay discriminations were there in most of the organizations, but it not there in public sector (government) organizations. But in private organziations, there is high discrimination on women when compares to men, not only in terms of pay but in many aspects are areas. a simple example - if we look into the list of Fortune 500 companies, how many were leading by men and how many were leading by women?
even there are statements like women are multi-taskers, works with patience, perform hard and so on, they are not getting opportunities suitable to their talents. at the end of the day, a women boss is considered as female only. Most of the men may not accepts working under the guidance of a women boss in fact.
in unorganized sector, most of the firms and employers do not provide minimum facilities and eminities to the workers. even some of middle sized MNCs (do not mention the names) were not providing good facilities to women at workplace. All these companies knows that they are not doing correct but intentionally they done it.

Men and women in national surveys from four countries, the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Norway, give mutually inconsistent reports of numbers of opposite?gender sexual partners. In all cases the number of female partners reported by men exceeds the number of male partners reported by women. Gender difference in reporting bias seems to be the most plausible explanation for the discrepancies.
