1: The article is about the difference in management styles required in an organisation and how the management practices can be applied to the societ issue management.This article also describes about innovation required in leadership and how mangers can become effective leaders.

2: Learning was mostly in the area of innovative approach towards management. The colloborative effort with cultural balance and understanding the concerns all are required in effective management. The issues in management arise majorly due to lack of communication, conflict within decision making and execution from different thought process.

3: Management issues and society : The book gave a fresh approach over the various management issue and how to resolve. The societial level thought and macro management approach is required in many areas of conflict resolution mechanism. The sustainability approach is relevant in the current management practise , the amount of decentralisation , effective communication management etc have significant role as per both book and the article.
