Adolf Hitler was a German politician. He was the leader of the Nazi Party. Some of his personal attributes that lead to his success are as follows:

  • He was a brilliant speaker
  • His eyes had a peculiar power over people.   
  • He was a good organiser and politician.   
  • He was a driven, unstable man, who believed that he had been called by God to become dictator of Germany and rule the world.

Communication skills: Hitler was an extraordinary speaker and had the ability to convince people that he could bring them out of their misery. The German people were disoriented by the World War in teh year 1920. They badly sought answers for the defeat and one young lad convinced them that he had the answers.

He had sharpen his communictaion skills over the time. Many reasons play in his favor. Some are as followS:

  • This could be the result of serving for four years as a frontline runner in WWI.
  • Certain people who were close to him believes that his speaking abilities were a natural gift he had and his extremely expressive and hypnotic blue eyes.
  • Hitler had a habit of giving speeches to who ever listened to him and in this way he also developed the ability to be able to gauge the mood of the audience quickly.
  • He also practiced his gestures and hand movements a great deal before mirrors and performed several breathing exercises.
  • He used it as an instrument of mutual frenzy while galvanizing himself and the masses he was speaking to.
