1. Air Arabia is a leading low cost airline in UAE. Approximately 2,500 people are employed in the organisation. As a family run organisation, it emphasizes on traditions and culture a lot. The airline basically works on a low cost price strategy but effective operational reliability and efficiency. In line with this strategy, the airline has upgraded the HR business processes and did a HR digital transformation. The airline signed an agreement in 2018 with SAP, to get a new cloud based HR system which will help in core emplyee management functions, payroll, employee self service , recruitment and onboarding, performance and goal management. However, there was a very well organised business relation between the employees and the airline prefer loyalty and experince among the employees.
