Managerial Issues of a Networked Organization.

In today's world, network organisations are around everyone. No organisation can survive without the use of IT in its operations and activities and thus has made themselves a part of the network industry to connect with the globe virtually. But managing such kind of an organisation is a task itself. The managerial issues faced under such situations are:

1. Information Security: The most relavant issue for the data or information management is its security. The security to secure and protect the data and the information due to the increase in so many cyber hacks has become a the most relevant task to work upon. Thus, every manager should take care the information is well secured.  

2. Effective Control: Another issue that is faced by the managers is the effective control they have to make to manage the information and data. All the information should be converted from data via a pre planned standardised objective, thus controlling the data is a very difficult task in such organisations.

3. Integrating Different Departments: At last, the different departments present in the organisations and the systems allocated within them namely the production, marketing, supply etc have to be integrated all together to make the organisation work towards one common goal.
