The video is about how the organizations are upgrading by using SWOT analysis in order to meet the changing HEALTH AND WELLNESS trends. The health and wellness trend affects many Industries.

1. Healthier food consumption..

As people want to eat healthy and fresh foods to be physically fit, the food industry started a special line of healthy food chain, with different packing compared to ordinary food products. They are attracting the comsumers by showing less sugar and fat contents on the labels.

2. Physical fitness....

For those who cannot go outdoors for cycling, the industry provided an electrical cycling machine, which allows everyone to do cycling in their homes, mostly to senior citizens . And for kids who play video games on T V or computer without going outdoors, the industry developed indoor physical video games.

3. Avoidance of potentially harmful products or behaviour ...

In order not to be obese, people started dieting, which posed a threat to fast food restaurants. People are divided into five categories based on the food they take. Here, each interest targets its own category.

In 21st century, people want to be healthy and fit by consuming organic, natural and healthy food.., It is upto different organisations and industries to upgrade themselves in order to capture the upcoming / ongoing trend.
