Description of the histogram: The shape of the histogram is "positively skewed" or "right skewed". It means that more number of teachers are paid lower starting slalry on an average. This is in the range $32500-$37500. As the pay bracket becomes higher, the number of teachers being paid in those ranges becomes lesser.
