Yes, everything that is being formed un naturally comes with certain liabilities. Even if it's being under nature's production, external factors mark alot effect on how things or products come out. So yes there might be some loopholes in the scientific research of GMO's that we should be looking at. These could be-

• GMO' s claim to be beneficial for health but a good number of people are found to be pertaining effects that are not beneficial for their health like allergies, toxicity, allergic response etc. While producing a GMO, the subject should not only be its production from the base item, but removal of other deleterious genes that might occur when we are changing the DNA of the organisms/plant.

•Human health is the major factor where GMO' s are showing negative effects and this concerns the effects of this on offsprings as well.

• The transfer mechanism of alteration of Genetic material and use of particular organisms is also important to go through a rechecking phase during thr scientific research of Gmo's.
