Five factors under each of the four headings swot :

The SWOT analysis defines the overall performance of the business and where it stands in the market. It gives an important overview regarding the value of the business. This analysis is not only for the businesses but also for the products as well. This is a powerful tool to develop business strategy for an existing company and to start a new company. Businesses can minimize their risks and work accordingly.

SWOT analysis of my organisation;

Strengths: It is the most dominant business in the market due to its brand image

• It can build a strong and lasting relation with the customers.
• It  has the required technologies to build its products.
• It doesn't have to spend much on the marketing process
• Very loyal to its employees and customers.

Weakness : Sometimes not accurate in keeping track of the employees performance.

• The work schedules are sometimes hectic
• The operation is sometimes gets harsh as compared to the normal operation method.
• Sometimes extra man hours is required because the tasks could not be completed with the normal hours.
• Sometimes it needs time to understand the customers taste.

Opportunity: As a company it has so many opportunities as it enters the new market.

• There is a opportunity to expand its business due to its successful performance.
• It huge make a huge profits as it entered the fastest growing economy.
• Employees will have a better career growth in then company.
• The profits gets higher during the seasonal sale.

Threat: Sometimes it might face challenges because it is operating closer to its competitors.

• There might be chances of theft due to its weak security establishment.
• Non suitable location for the business might be a harmful in terms of profits.
• Delay in adapting the other type of products as the customer demands.
• It might loose employees due to over challenging work.

Answer 2 :

According to me those are some of the things that I have observed from my organisation. Overall the company's performance is up to the mark and the relation building is strong and fast. So there is no chance of any kinds of failure that can take place with the business.The sales rate gets doubled from the first day of its operation, since then it did not decrease to the bottom in terms of sales quantity. The analysis gives the small percentage of the performance but not the complete performance, because it can change and improve from time to time.
