Should the U.S. Congress pass laws to reduce the influences of big money spent in campaigns or just keep the status quo? Big money is the money spent by corporation or union can on a political campaign, it most dark and suspicious.
Yes, the U.S congress should pass laws to reduce the influences
of big money spent in campaigns. Around 77% of the Americans
desperately want to reduce the campaign spending. They think that
new laws should be passed to reduce the role of money in politics.
Ob the other hand, 65% of the Americans firmly believe that new
campaign finance laws can be effective in reducing the role of
monetary involvement in politics.
Excessive involvement of money in politics indicates an unethical
manipulation of political power by the big donors which violates
the democratic rights of the country. Citizens want a peaceful, and
fair vote where candidates should be selected according to their
performance in previous years, and contribution to the development
of the USA.
There must not be any kind of extra monetary involvement in
politics. There is a widespread belief among the Americans that
people who make big political donations must not enjoy any
additional political facility. It violates ethical standard of the
country. Therefore, politicians must be concerned on limiting
financial involvement for political campaigns. please wait
