The family's role in buying various items from the market is essential as they are the ones who will use those products at their home. It plays an essential role in decisions making in the family as every person's decision is crucial while buying anything from the market. In the family, husband and wife play an essential role in the buying unit as their decision matters the most, and the things they will buy have to be used by the other people of the family. They are aware of every person's needs and desires, which helps them make decisions regarding buying of products quickly. For example, A husband and wife went to a store to buy the necessary products. They will buy all the necessary products like Vegetables, Fruits, groceries, Clothes, according to every family person's needs and desires. The theory of the family's role as a buying unit states that the decision-making of the family is a complex term. Some products are only consumed by the father of the family-like Whiskey, Lipstick by mother, baby products by the baby, and on the other hand, some products are equally consumed by every person of the family. It is a complex term, but every family member plays a vital role in buying unit.
