Mona offers to sell her car to huda for 10,000 dollars. Mona informs Huda to think about it and let me know by Monday.
On Saturday, Mona slips a note under Huda's door which says 'forget it, i want to keep my car'. You have been appointed to act for HUDA (Plaintiff)/Mona(Defendant).
I know that the contract is still open ended and not in effect as on date and in the absence of Huda's acceptance there is no confirmed/effective contract is place and therefore this contract in invalid.
I want atleast 250 words with actual cases similar to these in order to support the claim of Mona
As the above case signifies there no legal contract among them for the goods. So here the contract shows the open ended that means a contract parties that is not fixed-term. Such contracts may also have been known as permanent, indefinite or continuing contracts where there is no fixed end date. Here Mona just offered to sell her car to Huda for 10000 dollars without any written communication only verbally communicated and informed.Again Mona just changed her mind that kept the car with her before Monaday on the day of Saturday.Hereby,I think no legal law has been breached and violated. If it is happened in real and actually she would sell by doing legal agreement then there is possibility of legal breach of law when one can change or malafying the statement. So you need to understand the elements of legally enforciable sales contract so i assumed there is nothing happened in between them.Generally what happened a valid contracts are legally enforceable agreements or promises between two parties to solidify business transactions between individuals, sole proprietors or corporations. The sale transactions involved in sales contract disputes can look to these two sources to determine if the proper contract elements are included to make the sales contract legally enforceable. Here Mona never mentioned the her right to sale of her car on written through a court paper. So here there is no meaning of contract between Mona and Huda. Its Mona's right to change her decision whether she sale her car or not ,any time change the decision.I think in this case no legal entity has been made to decide as per the law and what verdict would be given.I think when Mona decided to sell her car to Huda that she can not be minors, intoxicated or mentally incapacitated that will declare as mentally imbalanced person that change the decision.
