Discuss whether businesses that are not on any social media platform can still establish a fruitful relationship and effectively communicate with today’s consumers.

The business which are not in any social media platform can establish a fruitful relationship and can effectively communicate in following ways.
1. Need to communicate with those who have faith on them (business). Need to, make a percentage of their referrals. As the people are often share their needs, likes, dislikes in their blog, twitter etc.

4. Need to arrange public conferences where a company will provide their product to the customers at very low cost.
5. Instead of using social media platform telemarketing and direct mail can be useful.
6. Work in partnership, face to face meeting will be helpful to expand the market of the product and as well as to reach to the prople.
