Vitamin A is an essential nutrient needed in small amounts by humans for the normal functioning of the visual system, aids growth and development and maintenance of epithelial cellular integrity, immune function, and reproduction.

Metabolic function of Vitamin B12 :
It is necessary for the usage of protein, DNA synthesis, and production of energy and for the nervous. It helps to transport the oxygen in blood.

Metabolic function of Vitamin C:
Absorption of Iron from the diet, vitamin C is also needed for the metabolism of bile acids,
vitamin C plays an important role in the synthesis of several important peptide hormones, neurotransmitters and carnitine as well.

Metabolic function of Vitamin D3 :
D3  helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus.
