1) here dwelling lighting load is based on the 3VA/sq.ft.
so total load lighting load= 3 X 3800 = 11400 VA---------------(1)
2)here we have 3 small branch circuit and if they are of 1500 VA. then total load of them will be
so load of branch circuit = 3 X 1500 = 4500 VA----------------(2)
3) If laundary branch circuit is of 1500 VA then
load of laundry circuit = 1500 VA----------------------------------(3)
4) Fastened fixed appliances load
water heater load = 28 kVA = 28000 VA----------------------(4)
Dishwasher load = 1200 VA--------------------------------(5)
Food disposal load = 1200 VA-----------------------(6)
Attic fans load = 2 X 750 = 1500 VA-----------------(7)
Clothes dryer = 5 kW = 5000 VA --------------------(8)
Ranges,ovens, cooktops load = 12 kW = 12000VA---(9)
HVAC system load = 240 X 17.9 = 4296 VA -----(10)
Air handler load = 240 X 3.3 = 792 VA --------------(11)
So by using above 11 result we can add them and finally we get total load = 71388 VA = 71.388 kVA
