HR Expertise
Change Agents:- People who act as catalysts and assume the responsibility for changing process.
- Change Champions who evision, lead or Implement Strategic Change
- Change Adapters who acts as reactive pragmatists; who adapt the vision to the realities of the organisation and view organizational change as a slow iterative process.
- Change Consultants who implement a discrete change project or the key stages of an HR Change Initiatives.
- Change Synergists who strategically coordinate, integrate and deliver large scale and multiple change projects across the whole organisation.
2. Comparision these with different change situations to show that the skills and abilities of one type of change agent which are suitable in some situations will be unsuitable to other situations.
Managers: Internal Enterpreneurs
Nonmanagers: Change Specialists
Outside Consutants: Change Implementation Experts.
