To rewrite this paragraph with our own ideas as :
We know that, sustainability is the most important aspect of energy production. Sustainable energy resources are those renewable energy resources that can be exploited or utilised at the rate at which these resources renew themselves. The terms "renewable energy" and "sustainable energy" generation are closely related. 'Renewability' which describes the properties of an energy resource but the term 'sustainable' is connected with how its utilisation is managed.
Perhaps the most accessible form of renewable energy for the everyday New Yorker at this solar energy. Americans are politically divided over climate change. A majority of Americans in almost every country which support requiring an electric utilities to produce atleast 20 percent of their power from wind, solar and other renewable sources.
Due to the architectural setup, it is difficult for New York citizen to harness energy from a windmill or even a hydro-dam. Solar energy is perhaps the most direct way by which people harness the power of sunlight. PV panels turn that light into electricity and solar thermal systems which make use of the Sun’s heat. While solar water heaters come in sizes both large and small, concentrating solar power installations have generally been built only at power-plant scale. These large power stations are significantly more complex than solar water heaters.
In more and more NY neighborhoods companies are installing solar panels on the roofs of building in order to store and use the sun energy. Solar technologies can be applied at both large and small scales. Large commercial scale solar power plants feed electricity directly to the utility electric grid. Smaller distributed solar electricity generation by individual homes, institutions or businesses is economically feasible because New York has adopted "net metering" which allows excess an electricity generated on sunny days to flow back into the electric grid with credit or payment from the utility company for the power generated.
The average system for a home in New York City is about 6.5 kilowatts.
