Expert Solution

Answer- If someone wants to understand the concept of life than he needs to understand the concept of duality also. Duality tells us that each and every part of life is originated by a balanced interaction of opposite forces and these forces always balance each other. The concept of duality refers that a person can not understand the one side of it without understanding the another side. It is an experience of life where people judge other individuals, places or things and provide their choices whether it is right or wrong.

The identity of a person describes the individuality and self image but there is always a second thought in our mind. Duality is always connected with identity. It is something which we can not explain through self actualization. We try to judge ourselves with other people. When we discuss about identity, it involves trust and prefernces to make choices. Even a person claims to knows himself well, he tries to assess himself on the basis of his thoughts, cultures and society and shows a relation between duality and identity.
