Integration gives a company opportunity to improve itself and give tough competition to competitors. This makes it easy to manage various departments as information can be shared and stored easily between the departments which would help for better communication . The decisions can be taken faster and work can be done with proper planning and coordination which makes the supply chain efficient and successful . Hence process integration is very helpful with effective management of supply chain making it much more efficient and reliable.
