This makes it easy to manage various departments as information can be shared and stored easily between the departments which would help for better communication . The decisions can be taken faster and work can be done with proper planning and coordination which makes the supply chain efficient and successful . Hence process integration is very helpful with effective management of supply chain making it much more efficient and reliable.
