  • Provide training to the staffs ,so that they are used to and accompanied in using the system with out any difficulty.This will tackle half of the problem because lack of knowledge in the way to use it can be the hinderence first.
  • Educate the benefits of it to the Providers who are the key professionals to use and insist others to use. If they are aware of its benefits then they will definitely make others to incorporate in the service
  • Ensuring that there is good information department support and training for it. This can give the staffs confidence that any technical errors or issues can be managed with the IT support system
  • Periodic training is essential to clarify any queries.
